These visits take the form of a 3-4 day round trip. They are designed to familiarize potential purchasers with all aspects of the real estate development they have selected. Typically visitors will be given an opportunity to sample the culture and activities which define the locale, whether this includes a round of golf on the local course, skiing on a nearby mountain or dining at local restaurants.
Whatever activities and experiences are enjoyed, it is important to stress that at no stage during these visits is pressure of any sort applied. That being said, their purpose is to assist purchasers in their decision making process and ample time is given to viewing development projects and individual units and to meeting the relevant professionals and advisers.
A typical 4 day inspection visit itinerary is as follows
Friday
Arrive at local airport, transit to Resort, move into accommodation, dinner and relax.
Saturday
Detailed real estate site visits, individual sales meetings, questions and answers. Evening entertainment.
Sunday
Relaxed day. Local activities, tour of broader area.
Monday
Further real estate visits. Individual meetings with lawyers and other professionals and advisers. Final discussions. Evening departure.
